JCCSF 2017 Fall Soccer Athlete Registration (Part 2)
***DEADLINE TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION: FRIDAY, MAY 19***
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - do not proceed without reading all instructions:
3rd-5th grade SFYS RETURNING PLAYERS ONLY:
- Click on REGISTRATION tab above - ***you will be leaving the JCCSF site and will be entering the SF Youth Soccer site***
- Choose your team from the registration drop down menu.
- If you know you have an existing account with SFYS, login using your SFYS username and password. Otherwise, Click on FORGOT USER NAME AND PASSWORD to initiate your account - DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT - THIS IS NOT THE SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD AS YOUR JCCSF ACCOUNT
- Your player should be listed in the drop down of names - click on ADD PLAYER TO TEAM and proceed with registration instructions
- Birth Certificate will already be in the system; Upload NEW Player photo (SF Youth Soccer will not accept last year's photo - no hats, no sunglasses, no group shots)
- Payment is not required at check out. *Click on 'pay by check' and 'fill in JCCSF under check number'*
ALL 2nd grade PLAYERS AND NEW 3rd-5th PLAYERS ONLY:
- Click on REGISTRATION tab above - ***you will be leaving the JCCSF site and will be entering the SF Youth Soccer site***
- Choose your team from the registration drop down menu.
- Create a new account (Option 2) - - THIS IS NOT THE SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD AS YOUR JCCSF ACCOUNT
- Follow Registration steps - ADD player to team
- Birth Certificate and Photo will be required
- Payment is not required at check out. Click on 'pay by check' and 'fill in JCCSF under check number'
